5 Week Gymnastics Camp


5 Week Gymnastics Camp Coming Soon!! 

Learn Double Unders, Handstand Pushups, Handstand Walks, Consecutive Pullups, and Rope Climbs!

Each class we will break down a gymnastics movement, practice, and give feedback during class. The best part will be the progression packet given out after each class.

For every movement, we will outline in detail the progression needed to get to the next step. Your progressions will not just lay out the movements needed, but a have a plan of action as well - 3 sets of 5 reps x 5 weeks, etc...

Example 1: If you are working on your kipping pull ups, and can do 1-2 in a row right now, but having a hard time connecting any more. You can follow the same progression as someone looking to get their first strict pull-up. The only difference will be that each athlete will begin working at different point along the progression line.
